LS5450 series is a hot vulcanized silicone rubber compound with excellent comprehensive properties.

Usage and operation
1. Open the mill for about 3-5 minutes to make the rubber roll and mix evenly.
2. Then add the color paste to make it even (if necessary), and then add the curing agent. Roll 10 to 15 rolls to make the curing agent evenly dispersed in the rubber, and the rubber surface becomes smooth.
3. Under the roll, out of the film. Separate the two pieces with adhesive tape.
4. The vulcanization temperature is 170 ℃-350 ℃, and the specific setting is determined according to the equipment, extrusion speed and product specifications.
Safety and storage
* Store at room temperature for six months from the date of production; It is suggested that it should be used within three months. If it is beyond three months, the mixing time should be extended appropriately.
* Please wear protective glasses and gloves when operating this product.
* Store in a dry and cool place, away from direct sunlight.
* Keep out of reach of children.
* Please read the instructions and safety data sheet carefully before use.
Packing
*Packed in 20kg cartons lined with plastic bags.
