1. Product description
Leather liquid silicone rubber is a silicone rubber material specially designed and developed for leather processing and related applications. (II) leather repair
It can be used to repair damaged leather and fill defects such as scratches and holes on the leather surface. 4. Storage requirements
(I) temperature
Should be stored in a cool, dry environment, the ideal storage temperature range is 5 ℃ - 25 ℃. Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperature or low temperature environment, high temperature may lead to early curing or performance changes of silicone rubber, low temperature may affect its fluidity and stability.
(II) humidity
Ambient humidity should be maintained between 40% - 60% relative humidity. Excessive humidity may cause the silicone rubber to absorb moisture, affecting its quality and use effect; too low humidity may cause the material to dry, affecting its fluidity and subsequent curing process.
(III) packing seal
The product must be kept in a well-sealed package during storage. Unused liquid silicone rubber should be sealed in time to prevent air from entering and causing changes in material properties. If the packaging is damaged or poorly sealed, it should be used as soon as possible or properly handled to avoid contamination or deterioration of the material.
(IV) protected from light
Direct sunlight should be avoided, because ultraviolet rays may affect the chemical structure of silicone rubber, resulting in performance degradation. It is best to store the product in a dark place, such as a dark place in a warehouse or use light-shielding packaging materials.
