Usage and operation
1. Open the mill for about 3-5 minutes to make the rubber roll and mix evenly.
2. Add the color paste evenly (if necessary), and then add the curing agent. Roll 10 to 15 rolls to make the curing agent evenly dispersed in the rubber, and the rubber surface becomes smooth.
3. Under the roll, out of the film. Separate the two pieces with adhesive tape.
4. If it is hot curing, it is recommended to add bis (2,4-sulfurizer) or platinum sulfurizer. Dosage: 1-1.2% of glue weight. The curing temperature is 170 ℃ - 350 ℃. The specific setting depends on the equipment and extrusion speed.
Safety and storage
* The shelf life of silica gel at room temperature is six months. It is recommended to use it within three months. If it exceeds three months, the mixing time of the product will be extended.
* Please wear protective glasses and gloves when operating this product.
* Store in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
* Place in places where children are not exposed.
Packing
* Packed in 20kg cartons lined with plastic bags. Please store in a cool place.
