Product description
High-temperature fire-resistant insulatingtape is a new type of composite material. The residue after combustion does not melt or drip, ensuring that wires, cables and accessories are not damaged in case of fire, and providing strong protection for the smooth flow of power and communication.
Product characteristics
1. The high-temperature fire-resistant insulating tape is non-absorbent, non-hygroscopic, low-smoke, halogen-free, phosphorus-nitrogen-free, heavy metal-free, non-toxic and harmless. The safety level of flue gas toxicity reaches the highest safety level ZA1 of polymer materials, and will not cause secondary harm to the human body. It complies with the EU ROHS standard.
2. The high-temperature fire-resistant insulating tape has high strength, excellent mechanical properties, and also has characteristics such as softness, good elasticity and excellent electrical performance. The texture is smooth, easy to use, and can easily achieve completely wrinkle-free wrapping.
3. The high-temperature fireresistant insulating tape is resistant to high and low temperatures and aging. Normal operating temperature: -60°C to 200°C.
4. The high-temperaturefire-resistant insulating tape has the characteristics of non-melting, non-dripping and nonpropagating, and has very good flame retardant performance.
Main application
1. Wrapping of high-voltage copper bars for power batteries of new energy vehicles.
2. Fireproof cover for power battery packs of new energy vehicles.
3. Fireproof material between the fireproof cover of the battery cell module and the battery pack.
