First is preemptive prevention and risk control at the source.
Inspection primarily focuses on preventive measures, strictly implementing first-piece inspections for startup, mold change, and line change. This involves verifying product appearance, process parameters, and performance metrics to eliminate batch defects at the source. During operations, we continuously monitor equipment status, process parameters, and employee compliance with work standards, proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards. For instance, we promptly detected and corrected deviations in equipment parameters, effectively preventing batch quality failures and minimizing company losses.
The second is data control, ensuring process fidelity.
Daily scheduled inspections strictly adhere to the benchmarking standards, verify product performance across all metrics, and monitor key parameters such as production temperature, humidity, and vacuum levels. Inspection records are accurately, truthfully, and promptly completed. Subjective entries and post-event retroactive documentation are strictly prohibited to ensure real-time data reflects process conditions, providing a basis for quality control and process optimization.
Third is closed-loop management to eliminate anomalies.
Upon detecting production abnormalities, immediately halt operations, report to the team, isolate the affected scope, and collaborate with relevant departments for root cause analysis and corrective measures. Continuously monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrections to ensure no issues remain unresolved and prevent recurrence of similar anomalies, thereby maintaining stable process quality.
Fourth, continuous improvement and capability enhancement.
Stay abreast of product and process upgrades, master inspection standards and operational skills, and proactively learn new techniques while focusing on quality control. By reviewing issues, documenting cases, and sharing experiences, we enhance our analytical capabilities and the team's overall quality management standards, reducing missed inspections and misjudgments. Though the inspection role may seem ordinary, its responsibilities are significant.
