5. Usage and operation
1. Open the mill for about 3-5 minutes to make the rubber material roll and mix evenly.
2. Add the color paste to make it uniform (if necessary), add the vulcanizing agent, and hit ten to fifteen rolls to make the vulcanizing agent evenly dispersed in the glue, and the glue surface becomes smooth.
3. After the rubber material is rolled, it will be formed into a sheet. The two pieces are separated by adhesive tape.
4. The production vulcanization temperature is 170 ℃-350 ℃, and the specific setting is determined according to the equipment, extrusion speed and cable specifications.
6. Safety and storage
* Store at room temperature for six months from the date of production.
* Store in a dry and cool place, avoid direct sunlight.
* Before use, please read the product's instructions and product safety data sheet carefully.
7. Packing
* 20KG carton, lined with plastic bags.
8. Industrial instructions
